She has implemented organization-wide initiatives such as internal SLA systems, reporting frameworks, and automated business development databases—all contributing to measurable increases in organizational performance and efficiency.

With a First-Class Honours degree in Business Administration from De Montfort University and multiple certifications in international marketing, finance, accounting, business strategy, and training in Lean Six Sigma, Gen brings both academic rigor and practical leadership to every engagement. Throughout her career, she has worked with international companies across Lebanon, Iraq, and Guam, and has successfully managed marketing and sales teams throughout North America. Her expertise includes launching high-impact campaigns, developing growth strategies, and leading cross-functional teams to achieve ambitious revenue and engagement goals. She also brings experience from the political sector, having served as a deputy campaign manager on a U.S. congressional campaign, where she sharpened her skills in leadership, effective planning, and media strategy.
